Feature request: Offical Packer provider for Infisical

Hello,

as suggested in the title it would be really great if we could get a Hashicorp Packer tooling module for importing secrets into the packer since I assume a lot of DevOps best practices use a golden image building pipeline or simmilar where secrets like cloud provider access keys or similar are used which are currently passed as variables into packer templates.

This issue can be by-passed by using the Infisical GitHub/GitLab action which imports the secrets into the environment of the pipeline/repository, however such a process still exposes secrets to the environment as well as packer template, where as in case of a native Packer provider the secrets would be exposed only to the packer template (Limit scope of access not just time to access the secrets).
