in the provided full values example, kubeSecretRef is under infisical; however it should be under backend.

backend:
  kubeSecretRef: "infisical-secrets"

Update: that's in the infisical chart, which is outdated, you should use infisical-standalone chart.
(i still blame the docs for not pointing it out)
