Hi @yijhenHuang If you have Windows 11 then please try using the instructions at #13457 (comment) to delete the realsense-config.json configuration file to reset the Viewer's configuration to its default settings.

i forgot to say that i delete the my Intel RealSense SDK 2.0 folder , then i download again Intel.RealSense.SDK-WIN10-2.56.3.7838.beta.exe
and
Intel.RealSense.Viewer.beta.exe

in https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/releases/tag/v2.56.3

May I check that you are in the correct Roaming folder. The one with realsense-config.json in is found by first enabling hidden items using the instructions that I linked to, and then going to the user documents folder of your Windows account name at C: > Users. For example, mine would be at a location like this:

C:\Users\marty

In the user documents folder, there should be an AppData folder, which has a folder called Roaming inside it,

\AppData\Roaming

The contents of this Roaming folder will vary depending upon what is installed on your computer, but if hidden files have been set to visible then there should at least be realsense-config.json listed there.

My understanding is that once the realsense-config.json file is installed then it remains even if the RealSense SDK version is changed, meaning problems related to a configuration setting like your fonts will continue even in the new version. So if this file causes problems then the only way to correct it is to delete the file.

Hi Marty, your previous answer helped me, thank you so much.
The file was duplicated in another folder haha that’s why i had a hard time finding it.
