fix(script): remove output from inside script (#14)

GH_OUTPUT is for CI and it does not exist when running on circle ci, causing it to crash.

chore(ci): add a deployment workflow (#11)

Fixes MRGFY-3971

Adds a Workflow that triggers on GH release to publish a new increment of the Orb to production.
