Update metamask on the Firefox extensions list

What is this about?

Metamask on Firefox is on version 12.6.2 instead of the latest 12.13 on Chrome. This causes many issues. For us this is limiting our ability to have a secure CSP.

Some issues which would be solved:

• Allow working with strict CSPs detect-provider#31
• MetaMask cannot be opened in Firefox. #30263
• Metamask Version 12.13.0 not on Firefox addons.mozilla.org yet #30785
