Not deleting some folders from ftp

I deleted 3 themes from wordpress folder.
Actions goes without any error, just when you go to the ftp you see that 2 out of 3 folders I deleted are still there
I tested twice.

This only happens when I delete these 3 theme folders of wordpress. I delete everything, it will sync perfectly and delete everything on ftp. But when you delete some subfolders, it will delete only 1 subfolder on ftp.

You can consider to add in exclude tag the content of .gitignore
