New files not being upload into the server

I am using this version FTP-Deploy-Action@v4.3.5, and I just notice that new files are not being upload into the server.
So, I just add this new html file to see if the it would get upload. The goes from my computer to my github repository, but when I run the action to upload the changes on the project, that new file is not there on the server and also not on the log.

It suddenly started to work again.
