Feature Request: Add GitHub Actions Artifacts (GAA) as ArtifactProvider to Tophat

Why

As Tophat now supports different artifact providers with extensibility approach, it would be great to integrate GAA into Tophat with the same approach with Bitrise to support teams that are using GAA.

Acceptance Criteria

• Create a new extension to support GitHub Actions Artifacts (download artifact and install it)
• Have a new option - GitHub Actions - on the Extensions settings with Personal Access Token input.

Who Benefits?

Teams that are using GitHub Actions and its Artifacts.

Hi @suho, thanks for the suggestion. We aren't able to address feature requests at this time but the project is open to the community for these kinds of additions.
