[docs] Links to other guides (and other pages) are broken

Describe the bug

Internal links from several (all?) guides (perhaps all pages with internal links) to other pages are broken.

Links incorrectly go back too far, e.g. a link from https://tanstack.com/query/latest/docs/framework/react/guides/ssr to https://tanstack.com/query/latest/docs/framework/react/guides/advanced-ssr is defined as ../advanced-ssr instead of ./advanced-ssr

2. Click on first link
3. Get 404

Expected behavior

Internal links in documentation should correctly link to the relevant pages.
