Hi,

I think it would be a great addition to have webhook support to receive notifications when a ticket is created from Discord, for example, or when a ticket receives a response. This would improve tracking.

It would also be useful to have the option to receive an email when a ticket is updated, just like when we receive an email when a ticket is assigned to us.

Yep makes sense, I will implement all these basic notifications first before the web-hook feature.
