Toggling IMPAP/SMTP settings empties fields #25

When toggling (open and then close) the IMAP/SMTP settings on an account page (eg. admin/inboxes/1/edit), the fields are emptied.
This ends up throwing an error when the submit/save button is clicked afterwards.
