Around 9:45am PT this morning (Apr 27), we saw an error in our workflow:
Error: Can't find 'action.yml', 'action.yaml' or 'Dockerfile' under '/home/runner/work/_actions/actions/cache/v3/restore'. Did you forget to run actions/checkout before running your local action?
Did anybody else see this, or know what caused it? This is one of the Github-provided actions, and we didn't change anything in the workflow to make it fail. And didn't change anything in the next invocation which succeeded. High level, we're concerned about the stability of this action.
