Can't checkout repository after transfer to organization and then transfer back

I have a private repository in my personal account that the checkout action work well.

and then I transfer it to an organization. By this time, the checkout action can still work.

However, when I transfer the repository back to my personal account, it just can't checkout repository.

And I try with some other repository, all meet same problem. I think it may be some bug with access token.

Please help.
