What happened?

Starting download of artifact to: (node:1602) [DEP0005] DeprecationWarning: Buffer() is deprecated due to security and usability issues. Please use the Buffer.alloc(), Buffer.allocUnsafe(), or Buffer.from() methods instead.

What did you expect to happen?

No idea

How can we reproduce it?

not sure new to this

The download never completed (>10 minutes waiting)
