[Windows] Post-Gen recommandation

Hi,

I am working on a fork of your repo to add some tools and features that our projects needs. Since we are using Managed DevOps Pools, we cannot use extension scripts, we must insert the script at boot time.

We thought that running the scripts during the Setupcomplete.cmd phase was a good idea, but it seems that the execution of those scripts takes to much time and cause ProvisionTimeout. We know it's those scripts, because when we remove them, the VMs are provisionned.

Do you have some recommandation on when and how to execute those scripts?
