Hi @Kiranksk - We appreciate your interest in including Azure Functions to the Windows runner images.
Also, thanks for the PR for the same.

However, including the package might take more time as we would need to check few other things.
Thanks for your patience on this.

We have not reached a sufficient threshold of interest from our userbase to include Azure Functions in the runner image. Also, factoring in the maintenance overhead, we have decided not to move ahead with this request.

However, if we see a growing enthusiasm around Azure Function, will surely reconsider our decision.
