有的，gitlab runner，https://docs.gitlab.com/runner/

1. 先找个机器安装runner，类型有shell、docker、k8s等可选
2. gitlab上配置pipeline job可以在runner中运行
3. 编写.gitlab-ci.yml，控制pipeline job运行
