[Feature Request]: Add ClickHouse Resource Manager for Integration Tests

What would you like to happen?

Description:
We need a ClickHouseResourceManager to handle ClickHouse tables during Beam integration tests. This class should manage creating, inserting, and cleaning up tables in ClickHouse, making it easier to test Beam pipelines with ClickHouse as the data source.

Key Features:

• Table Creation: Create ClickHouse tables dynamically for tests.
• Data Insertion: Insert test data into the tables.
• Data Validation: Retrieve and count rows to validate results.
• Cleanup: Delete tables after tests finish to avoid leftover resources.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Implement the ClickHouseResourceManager.
• Integrate it into Beam's test pipeline.
• Ensure it works smoothly with Beam pipelines using ClickHouse.
