@Bcoderx6 , thank you for sending this patch. IIUC, some of these version specifiers are changing from "latest release in version line" to "pin to specific sub-minor." For example, checkout goes from v3 to v4.2.2. Other changes are doing the opposite, like labeler v4.3.0 to v5. Are there specific reasons for the upgrade strategies on each of these?

I haven't worked on the GitHub actions before, so I'd like to tag another reviewer for a second opinoin: @ayushtkn .
