VS Code extension does not refresh

Describe the bug
The auto-refresh setting does not work. Hitting the refresh button in the extension panel does not trigger a refresh if the issues section.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Jira Issues panel
2. Select refresh icon

Expected behavior
Issues should refresh. When auto-refresh is enabled, it should refresh at the set interval.

Environment and Version (please complete the following information):

• Atlassian Plugin Version (3.4.11)
• Visual Studio Code Version (1.97.2)
• Is this a local or cloud environment? (local)
• macOS 15.3.1 (24D70)
