Steps To Reproduce
Only occuring for some students so there is no way to accurately reproduce the behavior

1. Defuse a phase in a bomb
2. Defuse another phase in a bomb
3. Look at the gradesheet as a student

Current behavior
Some phases are not update in the bomb for some students

Expected behavior
Should update every time a phase has been defused

The scores are updated by some script that the scheduler runs, so we should probably look into that
