Description of the issue
This PR adds SELinux integration test for CloudWatch Agent to validate its behavior under different SELinux policies. The test suite includes:
Positive Test: Ensures CloudWatch Agent runs successfully when the correct SELinux policy is applied for current ec2 linux test suite for AL2 and AL2023.
Negative Test: Verifies that the agent fails to start or logs appropriate errors when SELinux restrictions are improperly configured.
