Bug report: Please confirm if reproducible. Ideally adding a test case for it either way.

During a hotswap deployment, the logs suddenly go to stderr/stdout instead of the IoHost:

⚠️ The following non-hotswappable changes were found:
    logicalID: customOutputs, type: Stack Output, reason: output was changed

Could not perform a hotswap deployment, as the stack sample-stack-0e1752a889 contains non-Asset changes
