What would you like to be added:
Docs on configuring PVC on eks-anywhere vsphere clusters using vsphere csi driver: https://vsphere-csi-driver.sigs.k8s.io/features/block_volume.html

Why is this needed:
EKS Anywhere clusters on vSphere come preinstalled with vSphere CSI driver
Would to nice to have some docs to mention this as well as add some instructions on how this can be used to create PVC

Closing this. EKS-A does not ship with the vSphere CSI driver and links to the vSphere CSI docs for instructions. Upstream vSphere CSI instructions apply to running vSphere CSI on EKS-A.
