Description
This PR archives the following:
Reasons
All our Japanese language content is out of sync with the English by at least one year. We are migrating to a platform that does not support markdown content. I propose to keep the asciidoc files we have in Japanese for testing how the new system works for multiple locales. I propose that the markdown content should be archived rather than converted to adoc. IMO we would likely need to start over with new translations for a lot of pages when we kickstart localization as there has been so much drift between the English and Japanese versions.
