🐞Couple different bugs and feature reccomendations

Great extension, not sure how to live without so please keep up the great work!

All in latest Firefox and latest extension upgrade:

• Player Quality Without focus - doesn't work (when browser is minimized or another browser tab is selected while playing youtube playlists, video playing switches back to original resolution)

• Recognizing music vs regular video to apply speedup doesn't work properly, motly recognizes music within couple of seconds but sometimes it recognizes songs only after 1:30 - 3 minutes of play and sometimes never realizes music is playing so to slow things down.

• Seems forcing h.264 on youtube through Improve Youtube! stopped working alltogther. Before it did work and quite helped with older PCs not having other hardware decoders.

  • ( what about other codecs? )

• Playback speed buttons sometimes do work but sometimes not. I use pgdn/pgup for these as they are close to arrow buttons so video window scrolls down when I try to speed it up.

  • (so you want the option to overwrite the original keys)

• Always show progress bar works but doesn't update properly since lately. Seems to stutter in a way that dot remains static and the progress bar below the dot continues to update, moving to the right but not always in sync with the video play progress.
  If I hover over the video, menu on the bottom appears and dot matches the progress bar and everything updates, but it happens again after I remove focus from the video.

• "Pause while I watch 2nd video" also sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

I needed to turn off Improve Youtube extension in Chrome altogether as it doesn't work while I'm logged into youtube, so I cope with using uBlock origin in Chrome and default Youtube.
Luckily I still have Firefox where uBlock origin, SponsorBlock, Return of Youtube Dislike, Tampermonkey, I don't care about cookies and Improve Youtube all still work while I'm logged out of youtube.

Below would be feature requests:

• (In addition I need to use) Tampermonkey script to always set arrow keys to focus/control video window, instead used for scrolling up down, and other functions where focus moves away from video to the other webpage elements ( - can this be added to Improve youtube!? )

  • Which? Is the script under a free MIT license?

• (Also I need to use another extension) return of the youtube dislike to see dislikes of the video in addition to likes so to be able to reasses if worh watching or not - can this be added to Improve youtube!?

  • See readme#roadmap - Sponsor block data is available openly - Return Dislikes isnt? - youtube's data was archived by archiveteam.org and Return Dislikes collects new data too from their users. Also youtube originally planned to provide the data still for specific purposes (science? extensions? - then we could register a non-profit organisation and apply for that?)

• Full video pre-buffering in an way possible to do would be great feature, as youtube screwed up with DASH.
  This would enable faster video previews with couple of jumps without need to wait each time for new spot local buffer to fill up before playing.

• Lately added search helps great to find options through menus.
  Hover or some menu with explanation of every feature of Improve Youtube! would also be quite useful especially for beginners.
