Only have One form

So far I think we need at least - E-mail (Slack) - Github Username (Github) @rogerhoward @karimamer @davidnuon do you think we would want other information? Such as First name, last name, etc.. And ...

Often, animations are choppy and laggy on mobile, Using media queries, perhaps we should be removing them for smaller devices

Have html/body background color fade in from white
