codecov commented a PR that was closed 3 months ago. I have noticed this behavior once before as well.

@ReenigneArcher the best I can find is that if there is something that changes in the PR, we will run our notifications. I can't enumerate all the instances, but often it's if another service comments/updates a status check, or if something gets re-opened or assigned or tagged.

I don't have logs going back far enough for this particular case, and I might not even be able to know with logs. Is this still happening?
