Sort RSpec metadata alphabetically.

Examples

# bad
describe 'Something', :b, :a
context 'Something', foo: 'bar', baz: true
it 'works', :b, :a, foo: 'bar', baz: true

# good
describe 'Something', :a, :b
context 'Something', baz: true, foo: 'bar'
it 'works', :a, :b, baz: true, foo: 'bar'
