Add customs commands in Continue like /optimize or /review by ewample

• I'm not able to find an open issue that requests the same enhancement

Problem

In the idea, I would like if possible to be able to add commands like /favorite or /swagger or /schema by example (in addition to the existing ones /docs or /tests) in the Context menu or in Edit Mode of Continue extension ? If it's possible, can you tell me how and which files to modify?
