There was a regression in the binaries (not client), so there will be a v0.9.1; let's wait for that one

Updated to v0.9.2; there were no code-changes in vendored code, just making sure we don't add a version in our vendor.mod that was retracted (due to issues with the binary).

I'll bring this one in once CI completes
