The MINGW OpenSSL packages included in Git for Windows v2.10.1 were
built from this revision.

OpenSSL upgrade to version 1.0.2h

It was announced a couple of days ago that this version would be released
today, with critical updates.

Bump pkgrel of mingw-w64-gettext to allow a new release
