GHSA-32vw-r77c-gm67 doesn't have "summary" field

GHSA-32vw-r77c-gm67 (advisories/github-reviewed/2020/08/GHSA-32vw-r77c-gm67/GHSA-32vw-r77c-gm67.json) doesn't have summary field - and there is no another GHSA with that.

Note: this GHSA withdrawn, but it there are a lot of another withdrawn vulnerabilities, but all of them have summary field.

I think that is an issue and should be fixed, because it doesn't comply the OSV schema.
Furthermore:

Any rationale for why the vulnerability has been withdrawn should go into the summary text.
