takedown request received months ago, only apparent to me today.
I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Counter Notice.
I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good-faith belief that
the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or
misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial
district in which my address is located (if in the United States, otherwise
the Northern District of California where GitHub is located), and I will
accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA
notification or an agent of such person.
*The following links were inappropriately removed by false notification
from a former co-worker who does not own the property listed. I have had a
grievance with the company in question and they cannot claim ownership for
my property they didn't pay me a cent for the work I completed, therefore I
invite them to sue me. This is my code not theirs and I'm deeply offended
such actions were taken against my work. Their use of MY software is
infringing MY copyright. Please note the copyright notice forbids use of
such software by the owner of coingateway(a fraud who doesn't pay his
programmers). Coingateway.net is no longer in business either. *Please
accept my apologies for bringing this to your attention.
