When one user creates a document or makes final edits and saves them, other users who have a previously saved link to an older version of the document can inadvertently overwrite all current changes simply by clicking the link. As a result, the outdated version is made publicly available, and all recent updates are lost. This forces manual recovery and restoration of the overwritten changes. Please fix this critical bug.

@iz-cor do you know if it was revert to some particular version in the past or just randomly removed parts of documents? We do not have links to document versions, the link always opens the latest document version. And as I understand this happened for two users in a row?
