I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In the mobile app there are no tags available.
And I want to use tags to filter my pictures. E.g. filter all pictures tagged with sunset AND with people AND at a certain date

Tags support in the apps is definitely needed, since this is the said to be official way of mimicking nested albums.

Bulk tagging is currently available in Immich, but a bulk "untagging" (or removal) feature would also be useful too.

I'm willing to offer a monetary incentive for this task, either in a Bitcoin Cash (BCH) donation or a server-wide license (is this the proper term?) on member / contributor confirmation that this can be delivered.

Thank you all very much for this software. It's been a fantastic replacement to google photos for me.

We don't really want bounties (see https://ziglang.org/news/bounties-damage-open-source-projects/ for some reasons). Of course, you're welcome to hire someone directly to implement a feature (but please check in beforehand if you're not sure whether we would accept it).
