Eventarc integration not working

Describe the bug

I set up eventarc events to trigger from a cloud function following the documentation but they don't seem to be getting triggered. I see events sent from stripe, firebase cloud functions show the functions enabled with the correct triggers.

Facing same issue, I am seeing permission denied at event arc. Maybe there is some issue with the 1st gen functions in the extension being able to trigger second gen functions?

I just setup another webhook.
