There is a similar closed issue related to the rerank model settings not persisting after a page reload in Dify version 0.15.3. This issue was fixed in version 1.0.0. However, if you are still experiencing problems in version 1.0.0, ensure that your setup is correctly configured. Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Verify that the API key for the rerank model is correctly set up on the "Model Provider" page.
  2. Check for any inconsistencies in the embedding models used across multiple referenced knowledge bases.
  3. Ensure that the UI components ModelSelector and Switch are functioning correctly and that the rerank model list is populated.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider checking the logs for any error messages or warnings that might provide more insight into the problem [1].
