Sharing a notebook with nobody prints "No user with ID public_key"

• Open the Share Notebook dialog
• Don't enter a recipient email
• Click share

=> It displays a confusing error "No user with ID public_key".

Instead the app should not let the user share if a recipient has not been entered. Or it should give a useful error message.

Hi, I am unable to reproduce this error in dev setup, It shows "User not found" (Kindly refer screenshots) , Can you please help me to reproduce this issue.
