Metrics Insights not updating at all

When I visit Metrics Insights like this user, it doesn't update the profile statistics since last week because the requests to insights query returns 204 No Content instead of 200 OK and the warning messages show base: no data yet, retrying in 5 seconds and other plugins with the similar messages.

A week has passed and still not updating the profile stats at all.

I'm getting this error past few days, is this related due to the metrics website not working?

The metrics Insights website is still not fetching my data for more than a month now

These pull requests are not from the metrics insights website, but uses GitHub Actions to update the metrics.
