fix: Avoid ; dead key to print extra tilde

Update mac layout to 1.8

Change the [{ key to be ~^ with dead key when in PT mode

Updates the < > keys to match US
Assign ç to multiple places to find a home for it

Update mac layout to 1.6

Updates the `~ key to match the position on the ANSI layout
Updates the 2 to have @ on shift to match US

Rename keyboard to US-PT and make changes to 1.5

Trying something more similar to US but still with some PT things
It uses the symbols on the numbers according to US

The docs were not updated, as the plan is for this layout
to be a middle step moving to a layout that is pretty much US
