YY: Last 2 digits of the current year
MM: Month's number padded with 0 if single digit
DD: Day's number padded with 0 if single digit
NN: Document version number padded with 0 if single digit
ADD: Add new document
UPDATE: Update existing document ( ADD / REMOVE at least 1 full sentence )
FIX: Update existing document ( Fix typos, grammar mistakes or small changes less than 1 sentence )
DELETE: Remove a document ( Documents should never be deleted from this folder )
