If the settings app is run as Administrator, you cannot open a SysEx file for transfer. Clicking the Pick SysEx File button causing a hang/crash for the settings app. This works fine if you are not running as Administrator.
Expected behavior
Opens the File Open Dialog

This is a known issue in Windows App SDK / WinUI 3. Will fix for the next release by using the file open dialog API directly.
