Shift shortcut mapping with key mapping is not working as expected (maybe :)

Steps to reproduce

Open Power Toys Settings, navigate to Keyboard Manager
Remap key
Select .(Numpad)
Select key/shortcut .

Select "Remap a shortcut"
Add a shortcut remapping
Click to left shortcut pencil ikon
Select Shift .
Click right shortcut pencil ikon
Select ,
Click OK

✔️ Expected Behavior

Pressing to Shift(left) + .(Numpad) to write ,

❌ Actual Behavior

Pressing to Shift(left) + .(Numpad) does nothing
Pressing to Shift(left) + . writes , (works correctly but as unmapped key and I don't need it.)
CTRL and ALT modifiers work correctly.
