Description of the new feature / enhancement

We should show the version number of the plugins that failed to load/init.

Scenario when this would be used?

Easier error reporting for the end user.

Supporting information

src/modules/launcher/Wox.Plugin/PluginPair.cs => load failed
src/modules/launcher/PowerLauncher/Plugin/PluginManager.cs => init failed
