Description of the new feature / enhancement

There is the possibility of using more than two combined keys such as Ctrl + Shift + V but this possibility is not available

Scenario when this would be used?

Using the combination Ctrl + Shift + V avoids transferring text formatting and only pastes what was copied without formatting.

You obviously can create a Ctrl + Shift + V mapping, both as an input and output. Click on a pen button in Keyboard Manager to create a custom mapping. What exactly is the issue?
