Steps to reproduce

I was able to reproduce the issue again but I am sure I never turned FancyZones ON but out nowhere it got turned ON, it took me a while to debug and find FancyZone was the one causing the issue

✔️ Expected Behavior

Not supposed to Turn ON

❌ Actual Behavior

Got Turned ON without user explicitly turning it ON
