Steps to reproduce

1. Open powertoys search.
2. Enter part of a file name or a full file name.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The file should show up in a list of accessible files. It is indexed. Everything Search is able to access these files.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys Run cannot find the file either with the exact file name or with partial file name.
