Description of the new feature / enhancement

At least three threads have discussed the matter of letters with macrons in the very useful Quick Accent tool of Power Toys, but have been closed in 2023. It appears that only the letter "u" with macron is available, whereas there are several more (see page Macron (diacritic) on Wikipedia).

Scenario when this would be used?

In particular, macrons on all vowels are quite often used in texts cited in the humanities and really deserve to be added.

A recent update seems to have introduced a bug with this. I mainly use Quick Accent because I needed an easy way to type vowels with macrons, but they stopped showing up until I deselected "all languages" (or something like that, my OS is German) in the preferences, and then re-selected them. Now I have my macrons back and even more variations of accents to choose from than before.

I see that I had unchecked some languages to avoid having too many characters to choose from, but this caused all but one of the vowels with a macron to be omitted. I therefore checked "All languages" and now have all the characters I need. Thank you for your solution.
