Window transparancy for Allways On Top

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be nice to have the ability to make the window, that was locked with Allways On Top, transparent. Even better woud be a transparancy slider, somewhere adjacent to the window, to adjust the transparancy level.

Scenario when this would be used?

As a dentist, I often need to align virtual teeth models with photos. This feature woud be very helpful with Maestro3d and Exocad software.
